Test assembling of 9m*18m*2.5m A-Frame Transparent Tent before shipping

On April 16th, the 9m*18m*2.5m fully transparent tent for the client from Bangladesh at Changzhou World Expo Tent CO.,LTD. went through the test assembling phase. After the successful test, it will be shipped to the client's city. Our Austrian client, Nicholas, also participated in the test. He said he could see that our workers were very skilled, and his understanding of our products deepened. Our friendship was also strengthened, and we have recorded the whole process. Let's review what has happened and you will get a whole understanding of tent installation and figure out how simple it is.

1. Prepare a clean floor or lay a carpet on the ground to protect aluminum profile.

2. Place the necessary profiles on the ground according to their final positions.

3. The first piece of Rafter (truss) is connected together with ridge connector (crown) transition joints and fixed with screws. The middle gable leg end post is installed.

4. The second piece of Rafter (truss) is connected together using ridge connector (crown) transition joints and secured with screws. The middle tie bar is installed.

5. Connect the side column to the truss beam and secure it with screws.

6. Attach the base plate and feet, secure with screws.

7. Check and tighten all screws.

8. Straighten the assembled herringbone beams and stand them up.

9. Install the side crossbeam on both sides, with the small square tube with grooves and the X bracing, the scissor brace.

10. Use Y-wrench to install all the small square roof purlin tubes on the roof, and attach the gable crossbeam.

11. Prepare the roof cover, start installing from the side, insert the side pressure bar for the roof cover into the tarpaulin, tie it with a rope, and have the worker on the other side pull the rope to cover the roof with the tarpaulin. Use lead screws to secure it.

12. Hang the side wall side cloth and gable triangular cloth, Our Austrian client, Nicholas, he volunteers to experience the procedure.

13. Insert the aluminum slot, secure the ridge cloth with the flat aluminum, attach the pressure bar for the gable triangular cloth, secure the ridge cloth with the end pressure bar, insert the side ground rail, secure the side rail cloth with the ground rail, and attach other small accessories.
